This 90-minute program begins with 60 minutes in a luxurious hydrotherapy tub, where jets of warm water and air bubbles massage your body, easing muscle tension and improving circulation. Hydrotherapy is a great way to detoxify the body and induce a sense of total calm. This soothing water therapy is followed by 30 minutes of traditional Thai massage, which focuses on stretching and releasing tension in the deep muscle tissues. The combination of these two techniques provides a unique experience that revitalizes the body and mind while promoting balance and harmony.
